Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Use the Department of Education's FAFSA on the Web to apply for most Federal & State aid programs. If you need assistance in completing the FAFSA please contact the Financial Aid Office.
HOPE Application and Evaluation Request Form
HOPE eligible students have the option of completing the HOPE Application rather than the FAFSA, regardless of the family income. STUDENTS WHO COMPLETE THE HOPE APPLICATION SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY FEDERAL AID UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED A FAFSA.
Complete the HOPE online form, or if you prefer, you can complete a paper application (PDF) . Use this form for Summer 2006, Fall 2006, & Spring 2007 terms.
If you did not graduate from high school as a HOPE Scholar but have attempted at least 30 semester hours of degree-level course work and would like to be evaluated for HOPE eligibility, please complete and submit our SGC HOPE Evaluation Request Form (PDF). (This form will need to be completed IN ADDITION to either the FAFSA or the HOPE Application.)
