Physical Plant Organization

The Director establishes the department’s goals and objectives, and plans and supervises the overall operations of the Physical Plant and Services Department.  The Administrative Division has specific responsibility for the following:

• Administrative Support
• Financial Management
• Investment Priorities
• Major Project Analysis, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution
• Personnel Management
• Programs with other Institutions and Organizations
• Student Employment
• Environmental Health and Safety

The Director of Physical Plant is assisted in these activities by a Department Secretary and a Staff Assistant.
