Funding SourcesCapital Projects are projects for which Physical Plant must seek scope and funding approval through the Board of Regents. Capital Projects are special undertakings are not included in the normal maintenance and repair budget. Capital Projects are divided into three groups based on fund source: Capital Renewal, New Construction and Major Repair & Rehabilitation . Generally all capital projects are defined through the Campus Master Plan. The Physical Plant Department also maintains a Facility Condition Report that is used to forecast and request Capital Funds.
