SGC to Host Orientation Sessions For New Non-Residential Students in July

In order to assist incoming students with preparations to begin college fall semester, South Georgia College is hosting several Student Orientation and Registration (SOAR) sessions during the month of July.

If you are a first-time, full-time, non-residential student who has received your final letter of acceptance to SGC, you are required to attend a SOAR session. While in SOAR, students will learn about financial aid opportunities, register for classes and discuss many other important topics related to college life.

Students must pre-register for a session prior to attending. Sessions are held on Friday and available dates are Friday July 15, 22 or 29. Sessions will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Stubbs Hall, Room 142. Please call (912) 260-4206 to reserve your spot or further details.
