SGC invites parents, high school seniors to Senior Night

If you are a parent of a current high school senior, please mark Tuesday, Feb. 17 from 7 to 8 p.m. on your calendar and save the date.

That evening, South Georgia College will sponsor Senior Night for area high school seniors. The purpose of the event is to provide important information to seniors who are interested in attending South Georgia College so that students will be prepared for college when they finish high school. All area high school seniors and their parents are invited to this important evening.

Enrolling in college is a simple process if you have the correct information and submit the required paperwork in a timely fashion. At Senior Night, college staff and faculty will explain the paperwork and deadlines that are involved in the registration process. Representatives from Financial Aid, Admissions, Student Life, Housing and the Office of Advancement will be on hand to share this information with potential students and parents. They will also discuss financial assistance and key dates for enrolling at SGC. The event will take place in the Engram Union Ballroom.
