Press Release and Photo Consent FormsCollege Relations publishes press releases on events sponsored by the college or student groups. Groups may submit a written press release to College Relations about their sponsored events or may fill out a form provided by the College Relations. All Press Releases must be approved by the Executive Director of College Relations. All photographers taking photographs on SGC property or of an SGC event must obtain a signed release form from any student, faculty member, staff person, or member of the public who is visibly recognizable in the photograph. These procedures must be followed for all photographs intended for use in any SGC publication of a marketing or a public relations nature, such as newsletters, brochures, viewbooks, promotional items, or other such material. Releases also must be obtained for photographs used on the Web.
