TigerID, Banner, and Email Information

The TigerID Lookup has been replaced by the following procedures.

The TigerID information can be found from Self Service Banner.

Click "Enter Secure Area" and enter your username and PIN
Once in Banner,

to obtain information about TigerMail and GeorgiaVIEW.
click on "Personal Menu" (or the "Personal Information" tab),
click on "View E-mail address"

If you need to obtain your username (the 928 number) or PIN,

Click "Enter Secure Area"

To Retrieve 928 ID number:
1. At the login screen click on Retrieve ID
2. Enter the requested information
To Reset PIN:
1. At the login screen enter your 928 number
2. Click on "Forgot PIN"
3. Answer the question, click "Submit Answer"
4. Enter your new PIN and confirm
To Set a Challenge Question:
1. Click on the "Personal Information" tab
2. Click on the Change Security Question
3. Enter the requested information

Once in Banner, click on "Personal Menu" (or the "Personal Information" tab),
click on "View E-mail address" to obtain information about TigerMail and GeorgiaVIEW.
