Account Set Up:

1. Click "Create" button to create a new account.
2. First name, Last name, Username and Password are the only required fields.
   • The password must be at least 7 characters long and include both numbers and letters.
3. To allow deposits to be made to your account, enter your e-mail address and your Student ID number.
   • The Student ID number is your Tiger ID (9 numbers long)
4. Click Create Account.
5. Once you are logged in to your Blackboard Community account, you can do the following:
   • View Account Balances.
     • Click the "Refresh" button to see up-to-date totals.
   • Add money to your student card.
     • Valid Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa) is required.
   • View your transaction history.
   • Set up e-mail notifications.
   • Report a lost or stolen card.
     • NOTE - when you report your card as lost or stolen, the reported card is deactivated in the Blackboard system IMMEDIATELY.
     • You will have to go to Clower Center or the second floor of the Union to obtain a replacement ID card.
     • Replacement ID cards require payment of a $10.00 fee.
