| DOAS Risk Management Services continues to undergo a major
transformation in the way we conduct business as the state’s
in-house insurance agency. The rapid development of Loss Control
and Safety Programs serves as a key element in helping us control
loss exposure while mitigating claims.
Agencies and universities across the state have already received
numerous training messages, direction and a coverage video from our
Auto Liability division.
Ed Finnegan, Risk Management’s Auto Liability Program Director,
has produced a short video which we would like every state employee
to view.
In it, Ed demonstrates the Do's and Don’ts of Safe Driving. Some
very valuable lessons can be learned from viewing this short, but
very informative, awareness video. Please share this video and
email with your staff.
We are making great strides in reducing our auto losses and this
video will serve as the second part of our developing safety
library. The video and completion of the form only takes a few
minutes.
