Financial Aid Office
Hours – August 6, 2012 – August 13, 2012 Monday through Thursday 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Friday 8:00 am until 12:00 pm The Financial Aid Office is steadily working to complete all financial aid awards. Those who have submitted all necessary paperwork to process their financial aid will not be dropped from their schedule. You may check your self-service Banner to determine if all required documents have been received. Please allow a reasonable length of time for your submitted documents to be posted as hundreds of documents are being submitted at this time. Anyone may drop off paperwork or get information from the front office in Financial Aid located in Engram Hall. You may also send us an email at finaid@sgsc.edu. Someone will answer your email as soon as possible. You may also refer to our webpage to get answers to general questions or print out financial aid forms. http://www.sgc.edu/prospective/financial_aid/forms.html To find out the status of your financial aid you may refer to your Self Service Banner. Awards are being updated all day. Please understand we are experiencing a great deal of emails and phone calls as well as foot traffic. You are all very important to us. We will do our very best to make sure you receive any and all financial aid you are eligible for and your financial aid is processed in a timely manner. We understand you have questions and we will do everything we can to answer those questions as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you on campus! |
