C. Reorganization, Program Modification or Financial Exigency
An employee that is terminated, demoted, suspended or otherwise affected by reorganization, program modification or financial exigency will not have the right to file a grievance or an appeal as outlined in Section IX. "Grievance and Appeals". Such an employee, however, will have the right to appeal to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia in compliance with Article VIII of the Bylaws of the Board of Regents.
