C. Open Records Act
Under the Georgia Open Records Act, as amended in 1988 and 1992, anyone may request access to public records/documents that are prepared or maintained by a College office or department. The Open Records Act does not apply to certain records protected by law against disclosure.
All requests for records or documents, citing the right to access or noting that the records are not provided as part of normal business operations, should be referred to the Open Records Custodian.
