Any employee of the College who is on an approved leave of absence may elect to continue group insurance coverage. Such coverage for those on leave without pay shall not exceed one year at a time; whereas, those on leave with pay shall have this option for the duration of such leave. The employee, on a regular basis, must make premium payments while on leave.
