Working Title:      Auxiliary Services Accountant

Purpose:    This administrative position is responsible for the management of accounting procedures and accounting records pertaining to student accounts.    The accountant coordinates with Student Affairs in the accounting aspects of student housing and student meal plans. Supervisory duties include the cashier, bookstore manager, and post office manager.  Duties include analyzing and verifying data in Banner and PeopleSoft Financials, assisting the Director of Accounting with ensuring compliance with all governing policies and regulations, and preparing data and reports for auditing.
