An employee who experiences sexual harassment from anyone at work, including Supervisors, coworkers, or visitors, are urged to report this conduct to College officials so they may investigate and resolve the problem. Employees are encouraged to first use the procedures for filing a complaint of sexual harassment. Should the administrative officer not be able to effectively resolve the complaint, the Faculty/Staff Grievance Committee and Procedure and Appeals to the Board of Regents should be followed.
