Customer Service

 

In March of 2006, Lisa Harrell was appointed as the Customer Service Champion representative for the College.  This position coordinates annual Customer Service Initiative Projects in accordance with Governor Sonny Perdue's "Team Georgia, Ready to Serve" campaign.  Governor Perdue's goal is for Georgia to have the best customer service of any state in the nation.  Lisa, a Certified Customer Service Specialist, is fully dedicated to helping all SGC customers, external and internal.  Unfortunately, Lisa's additional responsibilities required her to relinquish this function to Luck Watford of the Information and Instructional Technology Division.

Luck has been with South Georgia College since 1997. He is currently Instructional Support Specialist and web master, in addition to being a faculty member teaching mathematics and computer science classes.
