South Georgia College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. Please use the following instructions to obtain your Enrollment Verification.

To obtain your free Enrollment Verification from the Internet:- Go to Banner Web.
- Click on Enter Secure Area.
- Type your ID and PIN to login (If you do not have your PIN please go to the Registrar’s Office)
- Click on Student and Financial Aid.
- Click on Enrollment Verification.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your date of birth (ex: September 4, 1982 is 9/4/1982) .
- Enter your Social Security #.
- Click the Log In button.
- View and/or Print your Enrollment Verification.
