Here are the steps to report no-shows.

Log in to your Self Service Banner account.

Select Faculty Services from the main menu.

Select Attendance Verification.

Select the term.

Select the CRN for the course you would like to report.

Add a check to the box next to the name of each student that you wish to mark as not attending.

Click continue.

You should now see a list of the students you’ve marked as not attending. If you’ve made a mistake, or if a student shows up and you want to now mark that student as attending, simply add a check mark next to the name of the student in the Students Previously Set to be Dropped section.

If you report a No Show for a CRN, the Registrar’s Office is notified. The small glitch in Banner is that there is no automated way to notify the Registrar’s Office that you have checked a roster and there are no changes to be made. Please just e-mail Randy Braswell a list of your CRNs that are clean.
