ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE:  PRE‑ALLIED HEALTH

Students who complete this program are prepared to pursue the bachelor's degree in health related fields at a senior college or university.  Career opportunities are numerous and include dental hygiene, medical records administration, medical technology, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and sonography.  Students enrolled in this program must work with an advisor to correlate their work at SGC with that required by the senior college or university to which they plan to transfer.  Academic advisement for this program is provided by the Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
